Hangman's Tree

Hangman's Tree. A large tree with a branch that hangs over sideways, almost parallel to the ground. Here many unfortunat men were hanged after their trials if found guilty. It's now made into a park, and is a meeting place well known all throughout town.

Just beyond the tree and a little ways to Nevermore Lane, the forest stretches wide here. It goes on and on, running along the cliffside to the beaches and sea, past the Nevermore House, and well out of town. A GREAT forest! Filled with who knows what?!
